1 ripe mango, peeled & sliced

3 TBS Mexcal

3 TBS lime juice, from about 2 limes + plus zest

1-2 TBS raw agave

Pinch of Maldon Salt

Pinch of Aleppo pepper

2 sprigs of fresh mint


  1. In a rimmed container, cover and chill mango slices.

  2. In a cocktail shaker, shake up Mexcal, lime juice, agave and 1 large mint sprig of mint over ice vigorously for 30 seconds. Taste and adjust flavor with lime juice and/or agave.

  3. Pour mixture over chilled mango and chill for another 20 minutes or until ready to serve.

  4. To serve, arrange a few slices of boozy mango in a small dessert bowl. Drizzle with Mexcal mixture and garnish with a pinch of lime zest, Aleppo pepper, Maldon salt and mint leaf. Enjoy chilled!
