  • 1 1/2 oz good Gin, try Privateer or Deacon Giles for something local!

  • 3/4 oz Cointreau

  • 3/4 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed

  • 1/2 oz raspberry liqueur or simple syrup (or Pop's Raspberry Cordial for the friends who are lucky enough to have a bottle!)

  • fresh raspberries, for garnish


Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 30 seconds and serve in a coup with a raspberry or lemon pinwheel for garnish.
